In this post, I will be going through what I wore and packed for my summer vacation to Greece. One of my favourite parts of about preparing for travel is planning what I’m going to be wearing. If you love fashion and capturing memories through photos, you probably also love to plan and plot your travel outfits as well!

It’s is so easy to get carried away and overpack especially when you follow tons of travel and fashion blogs. For the regular traveller, there is definitely no need to pack heavy with tons of outfits per day. The best way to approach your outfit planning for a trip is to pack a mini capsule wardrobe. This way you can mix and match outfits and use pieces more than once.

I know that Greece was a big destination this year (at least according to my social media), my husband and I took a week long trip and I packed for a week in a carry-on luggage. I had more than enough outfits but also thankfully had access to laundry which is key when travelling to a hot climate. It is also important to pack light!

This is what I packed in terms of shoes, clothing and bags:

For all my trips and everyday outfits, I used Stylebook to plan and log my outfits. It’s one of my favourite apps. I will link my Stylebook guide here for you to read more about how I use it!

My travel outfit:

This was my travel outfit that I wore both on the planes and the ferry ride. This outfit was super comfortable. I also had a white linen shirt because it gets pretty chilly on the plane as well. I love this longchamp bag for travel because its easily packable and lightweight but also fits a ton. I switched out the linen shirts out just based on what was clean at the time. I also brought a tan linen shirt.

I was pretty pleased with everything I packed and was able to use each item at least once which I’m proud of! We also had a laundry machine in one of the places we stayed so we were able to do laundry.

Here are some of the outfits I planned and wore which you may have seen on my instagram:

And there you have it, some of my favourite outfits planned, packed and worn during my summer Greek vacation 2022. I look forward to doing more of these types of posts to give you basic and simple outfit ideas for inspiration. Let me know what your typical travel-day outfit consists of in the comment below!
