If you own a pair of Wilfred paperbag shorts and are looking for new and creative ways to wear it, this post is for you! This also works for any type of paperbag shorts that you may own. I love the look of these shorts and love how versatile they are. You can dress them up or down and they are so comfortable! A lot more comfortable than denim shorts that’s for sure.
If you’re looking to buy these shorts, I think you will get the most use out of a neutral colour but if you also have a coloured pair, I’ve provided some styling options for that as well! I purchased a pair last year on sale in a cairo (which is a yellow/gold colour) and this year I got another pair on sale in light birch (off white).
Wedges or espadrilles are a great way to style your paperbag shorts. This look screams summer. Wedges also help elongate your legs especially with paperbag shorts which are generally on the shorter side.

Another way to style these shorts is to switch up the belt. If you are able to remove the belt on your paperbag shorts this is a great way to switch up how these shorts look.
Sculpt Knit Criss Cros Tank (matte pearl)
Levis Belt (old)
This is pretty straight forward, a body suit or tight fitting tank is a great way to style paperbag shorts. This fitted/loose combo is a great way to balance an outfit.

This is a great “dressed up option”, which also works well with coloured shorts. I paired my light birch shorts with a black top, black sandals and a black dress belt. The light birch colour really breaks up the black and the contrast makes it very classic yet each piece is very versatile.
This is also a great way to style a pair of paperbag shorts. You will notice that this is in line with my first look as well which gives you an idea of how to do this with a coloured short or a neutral coloured short.
