Here are 3 easy ways to wake yourself up on those extra-groggy mornings when it just seems impossible:

1. Use a face roller.

The first tip I have is to store your face roller in the freezer so its extra cold. I will pull mine out of the freezer on mornings when I am extra tired and my face is extra puffy. I use it with a face oil (I usually use Egyptian Magic) to just de-puff my face, you can also just use it alone if you like as well. The coolness of the rose quartz is really nice and helps wake you up on an early morning.

2. Use eye drops.

The second tip is to use eyedrops. This is a weird one but I swear it works for me every time. I use eyedrops to wake myself up this is also great for your eye health especially those with dry eyes. I do NOT use Visine because I don’t think it does much for me. I only ever use Systane eye drops as it is so much more effective. On early mornings when you cannot even open your eyes this is a great hack to really wake yourself up.

3. Drink something HOT with something COLD.

Lastly try hot and cold beverages. A great way to wake yourself up is to drink a hot drink followed by a cold drink. It really helps get your body going in the morning. I always start my day with tea but try sipping tea with cold water in between sips. I don’t know why and whether this is supported by science, but the hot-cold sensation does help wake you up when you are super tired in the morning.
